Annual Stoneyridge Farm Trip....

Every year we go to Stoneyridge Farm to pick our pumpkins. As soon as we got there, the kids said,"We're hungry!" (of course! :) So, we went to the snack shack and they picked out some very cute pumpkin cookies. Aliyah couldn't eat all of hers, so Daddy had to his and hers......bummer! :)

Then we went and they got there photos next to the How Tall this Fall sign....We get their photo done every year there so we can see just how fast our kids are growing before our eyes. Kamden got to get out of the stroller for this picture! It was fun to see all three of our kids lined up together.

They got to look at all the animals although Kamden was not interested and Adyson was a little 'timid'. Aliyah was in on all the action. Then we went on the hay ride down to the pumpkin patch where all the kids got to pick their own pumpkins. I got photos of each one with theirs.

It was a beautiful day and I was sooooo thankful that it was not raining! It was time well spent as a family and I can't wait until next year!!

Here we go.....

Okay, so I guess I will give this blogging thing a try... If there is a huge lapse between blogs, it means I am too busy being a mom, wife, chauffeur, and god only knows what else. Lately, life seems to be passing us by too quickly. It feels like the week just started and before we know it, it is Friday and the girls are saying, "Daddy will you stay home for two days?!" They are growing up way too fast and it makes me realize how short of a time we actually have with our kids and yet we are the ones who make the biggest impact. It really makes you want to stop, crouch down to their level and be a little more patient, a little more tolerant, and a little more loving.....
